Our approach to health care effectiveness
Our definition of health encompasses all activities which affects health of the people in a society i.e. health promotion, health prevention, treatment. Hence we cover all organisations contributing to health care including home based care, schools, working places and pharmaceutical companies.
The new challenges faced by the Danish welfare system and the challenges faced by many developing countries have many similarities. Kjaer Management is inspired by the "out-of-the-box" thinking which prevails in organisations and countries with very few resources. In order to secure welfare for future generations around the globe we think it is necessary to rethink our approach to health care delivery.
Kjaer Managements will
- Incorporate all possible contributors to health and utilise our vast experiences from public, private and non-for-profit suppliers of health in different global settings.
- Deliver services at the lowest possible compentency level and thereby ensure peoples empowerment and strenghtening health promotion and health prevention.
- Assist public, private and non-for profit suppliers of health care in increasing effectiveness, promoting a healthy working environment and ensuring a good health impact on the communities affected by their business.
